A Study of Juvenile Delinquency in Montague County, Texas, During 1947-1948
The problem of this study was to analyze the following five factors related to juvenile delinquency in Montague County, Texas, during 1947 and 1948: first, causes and control of juvenile delinquency; second, personal data about thirty-three juvenile offenders; third, their offenses; fourth, disposition made of the charges by the judge of the juvenile court; and fifth, the present behavior status of the offenders.

Relationship Between Intelligence as Determined by the California Test of Mental Maturity and Achievement in the Seventh Grade
The problem of this study was to find ways of improving and enriching the curriculum through the use of the intelligence quotients obtained from the California Test of Mental Maturity. To reveal some of the needs of the curriculum and also to reveal the possibilities and limitations of testing for intelligence, statistical relationships between intelligence quotients and academic achievement as measured by both teacher marks and achievement tests were determined.

A Comparative Study of the Requirements for Certification of Public School Administrators in the United States
The specific purposes of this study may be briefly stated as follows: (1) to determine the present status of administrative certification in the United States; (2) to determine whether the various states have set up requirements which will insure that their public schools shall have administrators who are capable of directing and supervising the educational program; (3) to indicate the degree of uniformity of requirements in the various states; (4) to secure recommendations for the certification of public school administrators from leading educators in the United States; and, on the basis of such data, (5) to make certain recommendations for a sound administrative certification program.

The Histological Effects of Injections of Fish Pituitary Extracts on the Testes of Male Frogs, (Rana Pipiens), and the Reproductive System of Immature Mice
The purpose of this investigation was first, to make a histological and cytological study of the testis of male frogs, Rana pipiens, and to determine if there were tissue or cellular changes as well as physiological effects caused by fish pituitary-extract injections. Second, to determine if injections of fish pituitary extract into immature female white mice caused histological changes in the ovaries and uteri.
