Photograph used for a story in the Daily Oklahoman newspaper. Caption: "Parking space within four blocks of the state capitol is a rare sight these days. But enterprising legislators, eyeing spacious walkways at the east entrance, have solved their problem by hopping curbs. This picture can be seen almost and legislative day, and until three new off-street parking lots are finished, state officals say they aren't likely to do much about it. All of the west curb of Lincoln, east of capitol is reserved for cars of state representatives. But there isn't enough room to go around. Highway department crews are rushing work on the new lots, one which can be seen at the top of the picture. Another is west of the building."
