Kempner also adds an afternote about hearing of Rabbi Cohen taking a fall and severely injuring himself, sharing the details of the circumstances surrounding the injury as well as what hospital Rabbi Cohen was admitted to.

Schapiro goes on to state that due to Rabbi Friedman's prior correspondence with Dr. Nelson Glueck, Glueck would potentially forward the letter through the appropriate channels for proper consideration.
