Letter from D. W. Kempner to Bogart Rogers thanking him for his assistance with the car issue, enclosing check for $50 as requested. He also recounts a mix-up involving chauffer and a car at Cadillac Company, resulting in temporary acquisition of the wrong vehicle and subsequent damage to the correct car. he also expresses wish to resolve any claims for damages satisfactorily and discusses the need for proof of loss.
