Letter from Sheriff T. W. "Buckshot" Lane asking if John J. Herrera knows any good Latin doctors in Houston or San Antonio, as Lane has realized that there no Latin doctors in his county and many Spanish-speaking residents therefore did not seek medical help, as they did not speak English. The letter is typed on letterhead for The County of Wharton.
