Letter from D. W. Kempner to E. M. Norton expressing his satisfaction with the service received at the Sears store, contrasting the usual tendency of customers to complain. He commend the politeness and courteous treatment experienced by Mrs. Kempner. The letter also notes that despite having the option to buy goods from jobbers or wholesalers due to their interests throughout the state, Mrs. Kempner prefers purchasing from Sears due to the greater satisfaction it provides.
