A letter written to Mr. T. N. Carswell, Abilene, Texas, from Milton Whiting, Whiting Oil Company, Clifton Forge, Virginia, dated February 12, 1949. Whiting acknowledges his receipt of the letter from Carswell in reference to tires and tubes for his old Buick.
