Martinez, Secretary of the San Angelo, Texas, LULAC. This is a request to charter or revive a LULAC organization in San Angelo, listing the proposed officers and members. The letter references a $5.00 charter fee that is included. Martinez also requests use of the previous LULAC organization's council number 29. This carbon copy was sent to John J. Herrera.
