A letter written to Mr. T. N. Carswell, Abilene, Texas from J. D. Sandefer, Jr., Breckenridge, Texas dated November 12, 1948. Sandefer replies to a letter from Carswell regarding the proposed Planning Commission in which he suggests the need for an active ex-students association and a good public relations department. In regards to this suggestion Sandefer advises that he has received letters concerning funding for the Hunter Memorial from contacts that should be followed up.
