Prince advises Morales of the risks of proceeding with the amended application and suggests he seek the assistance of John J. Herrera.

The letter references a $5.00 charter fee that is included. Martinez also requests use of the previous LULAC organization's council number 29. This carbon copy was sent to John J. Herrera.
