Mr. Bradford confirms the existence of an article on “Loaded Streams” at the New York Public Library published in Oil and Gas Journal between 1929-1931 by Dr. Charlie Thomas of Thomas & Hochwalt Research Laboratories in Dayton, Ohio. Discussing the various United States Military branches and how they have been approaching firefighting within their respective branches. Focused primarily on the Navy, Army, and Coast Guard.
