A form letter addressed to LOCAL BOARD No. 4, Dallas County, from L. M. Fellbaum, Major, Q. M. C. Policy Supervisor. Fellbaum advises of a routine inspection by a Clerical Audit Supervisor and the requirements regarding the inspection. He advises in a postcript that Mr. T. N. Carswell, Clerical Audit Supervisor, will advise the board who the Supervisor will be and when he will visit their board. Handwritten notation confirms this correspondence was sent to all Dallas County Labor Boards except No. 1.
