Man's Banda (Sash). Handwoven cotton on a backstrap loom, plain weave, red with jaspe (ikat) striping, loose knotting at the ends.

Beach clogs. The sandals are designed with rounded toe, and have a blond wood sole through which are threaded straps/ties of tan and brown woven in a vine/leaf pattern. Moderate heel.

Pair of wooden, raffia, and leather beach clogs. The slip-on shoes are designed with wooden platform soles with rounded toes, and a wide woven raffia strap across vamp which is dyed in stripes, red, off-white, black, orange, white, brown, and green. The raffia strap is attached at either side by narrow band of leather nailed into sides of sole. The 3" high heel is of a modified Louis style, and is painted with flower-heads in blues and reds, with similar floral forms on the sides of the platform near the toes.

Beret of dark brown velvet. The soft, full crown is constructed of several pieces, all gathered into brown satin hatband. Hat is lined in cream silk(?) and has inner brown grosgrain ribbon hatband. Retailer's label sewn to inner hatband: "Volk / Dallas". Label of United Hatters, Cap, and Millinery Workers International Union sewn into lining.

Boater-style hat of off-white straw. The whole hat is of straw woven into shell-shaped segments, connected to form the body of the hat. The cylindrical crown has a flat top, and is encircled at the base by a black velvet ribbon. At either side of the crown are large black velvet bows. The flat, oval brim follows the outline of the crown, and is partly overlaid by a fine black mesh veil with long, trailing ends that are long enough to tie under the wearer's chin. The underside of the brim is edged in black velvet, and there is a black velvet strap which extends down from either side to help secure hat to wearer's head. The hat is lined with a fine white mesh, and has an inner hatband of black grosgrain ribbon at inside base of crown. Labels sewn into inner hatband: "Marché Hats / Paris New York"; Also sewn into inner hatband is second label, "Consumers' Protection Label / 784619". Hand-written on velvet chinstrap: "59389"

Fully lined in pale green-blue synthetic. b) Cap of light blue wool with short visor and short back flap; adjustable chin strap of self wool. Lined in self synthetic.

Boy's one-piece playsuit of red cotton with blue, green, and white figures of boys riding scooters, wagons and tricycles. Patch pocket at right front. Elastic waistband at back. Shoulder straps button to front of bib. Bib lined in blue cotton and folds over top of bib to form tab trimmed with three white buttons.

Oval, calotte style hat of faded rose tucked satin with fabric flowers and petals in matching color. Flower at front of hat trimmed with small satin bow at center. Retailer's label on inside back headband: "Bonnette / Highland Park Village"

Calotte style hat of gold lamé fabric. Hat could also be called a modified turban. Upturned brim with large, circular, red rhinestone surrounded by white rhinestones as trim. Same trim of large, circular, red rhinestone surrounded by white rhinestones on right side of hat. Lined in black fabric with black grosgrain headband. Retailer's label on inside headband: "Titche Goettinger Co. / Dallas" Designer's label on inside headband: "Sally Victor / 18 East 53rd St."

Chakra (hanging panel for a shrine or altar in homes) with Kutch embroidery. Square panel with radial, square design balanced from center. Center panel is nine squares bordered in geometric embroidery, with each square containing nine mica mirrors attached with buttonhole stitches around edges. Center panel surrounded by border with linear pattern, then border with double helix pattern, then wider band with floral motifs with mica mirrors at center. Outside that band is another border of double helix pattern, a wider band of roundels with sun pattern and mica mirrors at center, and outside border of double helix. Back lined in undyed muslin, with many stitches showing through.

Little girl's float dress of purple cotton. Smocked yoke. Long sleeves are vented with snap closure and white cuffs. Peter Pan collar, cuffs and patch pockets of white cotton bound in matching purple. Center front placket closure of white cotton trimmed in purple embroidery with two pairs of small white buttons; closure under placket of snaps and hook & eyes. Unlined.

Chou, casque-style hat of dark green wool felt studded with rhinestones. Trimmed with a green ostrich feather at crown which drapes to the left side. Oval shaped, crushed/draped high crown. Coat of black wool and chinchilla fur. The full-length black wool coat is tailored to fit at waist and flares out at skirt. Long sleeves, and center front opening with 8 circular buttons covered with same black cloth, and 3 hook-and-loops spaced along the opening. The coat has a Peter Pan collar of brown and taupe striped fur identified as chinchilla. From the hips down to the hem is trimmed with matching fur, arranged so the stripes run horizontally around the skirt of the coat. The coat is fully lined in black cloth. Single retailer's label at inside back of collar: "Neiman-Marcus / Dallas".

Daytime dress of navy blue silk crepe in modified shirtwaist style. Yoked shoulders with collar. Inner neckline has 7 small mother-of-pearl buttons for additional detachable collar to drape over existing collar. Center front opening with 6 large 1-1/4" mother of pearl buttons with vertical buttonholes. Long set-in sleeves with matching button at cuff. Evidence of smocking below waist seam, but threading is missing. Street length. Unlined. Designer's label at right seam near hem: "Traina-Norell / New York" b) Contour belt of navy leather. Wider at ends with rectangular buckle covered in same. Back stamped "14".

Black rayon taffeta late day dress with fitted bodice and skirt of 5 tiers of knife pleats gradually widening from hips to hem where skirt becomes very full. Front opening to waist, self belt, long tapered sleeves. Small rounded white satin collar and large satin bow at high neckline. Dress may have had 6 tiers and been altered. Two-tone lavender purple silk jersey floor length evening dress. Intricate cutting and draping of bodice with fabric at shoulders (one side lilac) gathered and crisscrossed through to natural waist to form sash ends, very long, that wrap around and tie. Skirt slightly gathered but hangs straight. Long slender sleeves and wide padded shoulders. Size 10

Dress of black rayon crepe in an asymmetrical design with diagonal pink rayon crepe left side shoulder and sleeve. Pink diagonal line meets under left arm with hanging pink fabric accent.
