[Letter from Darall G. Hawk to M. E. Sedberry, August 24, 1940]
Letter from Darall G. Hawk to M. E. Sedberry discussing discrepancies in the rental payment dates for the Millar and Farrar leases. Very slight changes were made to the contracts and the lessors are to waive the payment for September 1940. Once the agreements are approved by all parties, they are to be mailed to Sayles. A section addressed to Sayles at the bottom of the letter waives subordination of the General American Life Insurance Company lien on the Robert Wilson land and the Land Bank and Commissioner's loan on Wilhelm tract.
