Very slight changes were made to the contracts and the lessors are to waive the payment for September 1940. Once the agreements are approved by all parties, they are to be mailed to Sayles. A section addressed to Sayles at the bottom of the letter waives subordination of the General American Life Insurance Company lien on the Robert Wilson land and the Land Bank and Commissioner's loan on Wilhelm tract.

Letter from I. H. Kempner to Erich Goldberger discussing Kempner trying to find transportation for the Goldberger family and informing Kempner that he will be willing to sign an affidavit for the family but insisting they find a way to a country that allows immigration.

These include notes of the survey for the land and registering the land in compliance with Bill No. 9 of the Texas Legislature of 1939. Abstracts need to be returned to Sayles.
