[Letter from T. N. Carswell to Representative Clyde L. Garrett - May 14, 1938]
A letter written to the Honorable Clyde L. Garrett, House of Representatives, Washington, D. C. from T. N. Carswell, Sec.-Mgr. [Abilene Chamber of Commerce] dated May 14, 1938.
