Postcard of a white capitol building with a golden dome as seen from across a flowering park, described as "Portion of Memory Park from Memorial Tablet, Dome of Capitol Building in Distance, Salt Lake City, Utah." The back of the postcard adds, "Under the rose covered pergola, in Memory Park, is a bronze Memorial Tablet bearing the names of Utah's hero dead who made the supreme sacrifice in the World War. The Park is one of Salt Lake's beauty spots covering the walls of City Creek Canyon opposite the State Capitol Building." The message on the back is illegible. The postcard is addressed to "Mrs. Carroll E. Ward Texas Ice Co. Beaumont, Texas."

It shows most of the historical points of interest and many new ones. In the foreground are the "Mormon" Temple Square, the Hotel Utah, the Lion and Beehive Houses, the new Church Office building, Z. C. M. I. and other business houses. In the center are the L. D. S. Buildings and in the distance the Utah State Capitol." The message on the back is illegible.
