Raeburn has served three years in the shops of this Company learning the trade of Sheet Metal Worker and has completed the apprenticeship course prescribed to the full satisfaction of the Railway Company. As evidence of his competency and skill to perform all classes of work pertaining to his trade, he is awarded this certificate, with all rights and privileges there to appertaining. Executed this sixth day of April, 1927 at Shawnee, Okla." The names of the master mechanic and the superintendent motive power signatures are there along with the company stamp.
