Henderson's Garage, Marshall, Texas
Black and white halftone postcard showing Henderson's Garage in Marshall, Texas, located on the south side of the square, west of the city hall. The service bays were inserted into an older one-story brick masonry building. The two open bays have a sign above them saying "Auto Repair Shop" and a smaller sign between them saying "Gasoline 10 cents." The third bay is closed with a bench in front of it, and the fourth bay has the sign "Accessories" above it. Above all four bays a projecting corrugated iron canopy has "Ford" painted in large letters on it. "Henderson's Garage" is painted on the brick wall above the canopy and a separate commercial sign saying "Henderson's Garage" is mounted on top of the brick facade wall. Printed at the top of the image in red ink is the title "Henderson's Garage, Marshall, Texas." Printed on the left edge of the back: "39288 - Frey Wholesale Post Card Co., Pubs., Dallas."
