All of the women have large bows at the back of their hair (except woman on far left - her bow is to the left of her head). They are all wearing white shirred front dresses and the three young women to the right are wearing necklaces with large pendants. They each have at least one pin on their shoulders. The photograph is generally cropped at the waist and is softly faded around the group. Scanned image is of the copy.

Even though it was 50 miles inland, the city became a seaport. An eventually an international port-of-call. Gateway to Latin America and Europe. Photograph from the Bank of the Southwest--F.J.
