Respectfully solicits your vote and influence." There is a small oval logo in the lower left corner: "Typographical Union Label, Marshall, Tex." Someone wrote what appear to be unrelated notes on the back of the card.

The valve can also be operated into closed positions at various degrees, and also to reverse the direction of travel of the valve.
