[First Aid in the Field]
Postcard image of an unknown man receiving medical treatment from a field medic (possibly a Red Cross worker). The field medic appears to be changing the first aid dressing on the injured man's foot, and is being assisted by a second, well-dressed man, who is holding a pair of surgical scissors. The back of the postcard reads: Miss G. M. Horne, Portland Maine, Box 365. Foot shot away. Poor picture taken inside a tent. Walter.
