Busiest truck company in the world. Answered 1140 alarms during year 1911." The photo on the reverse side shows the company sitting on their horse-drawn wagon carrying a load of ladders. All but one of the men are sitting on the wagon.

The photograph on the reverse side shows a large number of fire fighters working to put out a fire at one of the buildings in the city; Eagan says "This is one of several paper stock fire." Three of the photographed firemen are walking up the large pile of debris while most of the others are at ground level working the hoses and spraying water on the pile.
