A handwritten note on the back of the card is addressed to Mrs. W.D. Barton in Ozona, Texas and says, "I guess you think I have forgotten you but I haven't. I am fine. I don't know when I will be thru. I like Waco fine. Go to Sunday School and Church every Sunday. We have about 500 members in Sunday School when I go. A Meeting has just close and it sure was fine. Charley Cortes."
