Color postcard with an image of a young girl dressed in white with holly surrounding her. Below the image is the text, "Yule-tide Greetings." The correspondence on the back reads, "Dec 23rd, 1911, Dear Rosa may this be a joyful Xmas time to you. Hope Santa Claus has remembered you bountifully. You and Mama must come and see our baby niece Eugenia. Lovingly Ada and Ida Reed." The postcard is addressed to Rosa Louise Dill, 527 S. 18th, Paris, Tex. It is postmarked Oklahoma, Okla. on Dec 23, 1911.

Color postcard with a Christmas greeting. The text reads, "To Greet You, A Merry Christmas To Rosa Louise From Mr. & Mrs. Spinney." Postcard of a streetcar drawn by a mule or donkey. The streetcar is being pulled along a track in the center of a street that is bordered by buildings. The picture shows Matamoros, Mexico across the border from Brownsville, Texas. There is a letter on the back of the postcard addressed to "Miss Maria Sanchy" from "E. M." that reads, "Ni la ausencia y la distancia, ni el tiempo de no [v]erte; por ningunas sircustancias he de dejar de quererte, yours for ever." (Loosely: "Neither the absence and the distance, nor the time since I have seen you; under no circumstances have I stopped loving you.")

Postcard image of the George Ranch House northwest approach. The house is white wooden and two story. The bottom porch of the house has brick columns, while the top porch has white, round columns and both have white wooden railing. Three of the four brick chimneys are visible in this photo. The cistern house on the right side of the photograph is unpainted at this period. The windmill is partially visible between the limbs of the huge oak tree on far right. The house is surrounded by a picket fence which in turn is partially enclosed by a wire fence for foul. On the George house, note that both porches are open and no driveway has been formed in front.

Postcard image of the George Ranch House taken before December 21, 1924. The ranch house is a two story white wooden home with four visible brick chimneys. The bottom porch of the house has brick columns, while the top porch has white, round columns and both have white wooden railing. There is one dormer above the top porch. The cistern house has a stairway with white railing leading to the door near top. There is an African-American man standing next to the white picket fence on the left side of the photo. Three people are sitting on the front porch of the house. In this photograph, note that both porches are open, the cistern house is unpainted, upstairs and downstairs windows are shuttered, the cistern house has a weather vane at the top, foul pens in front of house, and no driveway has been formed in front of the house. Underneath the picture, hand-written: "GEORGE HOUSE MADE INTO TWO STORY". Back of post card in black: "Post Card Correspondence Here Name and Address Here AZO [written four times to form a square with triangles in each corner] Place Stamp Here [written inside of square]. Images are slightly blurred.
