The bridge crosses the Ohio river. In the foreground, to the left corner, are men working. Underneath the image is printed: "Panhandle Bridge, Louisville, Ky." At the bottom of the postcard is handwritten text that says, "Reached here all ok. Write to me, my address is Hotel Willard. How is Miss S. Sia." The postcard is addressed to Miss Mamie McFaddin in Beaumont, Texas.
