This is an excerpt of Chainaron (The Art of War), a historical Manipuri manuscript originally written in the 16th century, during the reign of Maharaja Mangyamba of Manipur. Chainaron is a manuscript that outlines the rules of chivalry and includes stories about the settlement of the conflict.
