Report of the Services to Youth Committee of the San Antonio chapter of The Links, Inc. for October 18, 1977. The committee has decided upon three projects to recommend to the chapter: 1) an awards program for middle school and high school students, 2) a scholarship program to provide a high school graduate with financial assistance and mentoring in college, and 3) a resource bank of knowledgeable community members.

In the immediate future, the chapter will sponsor an arts workshop for children and join the San Antonio Arts Council; within the next year, they would like to begin searching for a promising college student and artist to support financially and purchase artwork for display.
