Letter from Charlene Doria Ortiz to Texas Links Members discussing the partnership between The Links, Inc. and the Drug Abuse Prevention Division of the Texas Department of Community Affairs. The two organizations partnered for a training session on drug abuse prevention in African-American communities. Ortiz was very pleased with the training session and would like additional feedback from attendees.
