This document is from the Charles B. Moore Collection. it is a memo written by J. M Pearson to Moore discussing Moore's will. Pearson states that Moore must have his will probated and include a clause that makes Moore's wife an executor of his will without bond or expense except to probate will, file inventory, and appraisal of the estate.
