Minutes for December 1, 2005 Texas Daily Newspaper Association Board of Directors' Meeting at the Headliner's Club in Austin, Texas. The members in attendance of the meeting were, Larry Walker, Jeremy Halbreich, Bob Carlquist, Donnis Baggett, Gary Borders, Darrell Coleman, Buddy King, Charles Moser, Charles Spence, Ken Whalen and Darla Thompson. President Larry Walker opened the meeting and stated the purpose of the meeting was to review TDNA's financial activities for 2005.
