The letter was sent in response to a formal complaint filed by Mr. Marcel over a failed negotiation with KAPE radio, a San Antonio-based radio station. However, it appears that Mr. Ray did not receive a specific enough complaint, and explains the course of action that needs to occur before the FCC gets involved.

Funeral program for Mrs. Lula Mae McCracken, born October 23, 1901 and died late December 1974. The funeral was held Monday morning, December 30, 1974 at East St. John Baptist Church, officiated by Rev. J. C. King, Pastor. Funeral arrangements were made through Sutton-Sutton Mortuary and she was buried in Eastview Cemetery in San Antonio, Texas.
