Herrera states that he will discuss this issue with the new President of Mexico and make a report on his return from Mexico.

The mailgram is a confirmation of a message from Gano to Pete Villa reading, "It would be deemed that no response has been received if I am not in receipt of a written response to interrogatories mailed December 1, 1976 by December 13, 1976."
