There are 26 of them, 20 individuals who died this year on city streets from injuries received in car crashes or from being struck by a car. Last year, 15 persons died on city streets and safety experts are predicting that between 35 and 40 will be killed here in 1951. At the end of next year there will be another list of names. Police and safety council officials want your help to keep it as short as possible."
