Promissory note from W. H. Bonnell to Charles Schreiner in the amount of $1,358 "in United States Gold Coin" with ten percent interest until paid. According to the note there is also a fee of ten ercent "additional on principal and interest if placed in the hands of an Attorney for collection."

Land sale agreement made for the Bonnells, Dickeys, and Liljegrens for the sum of $10,752.80 to L. Roy Nowlin, "to be paid by L. Roy Nowlin with $3,584.26 cash, and "the following notes "one payable to Allie Bonnel, One note for $500.00 payable to Ethel B. Dickey and one note for $500.00 payable to Helen Bonnell Liljegren." The rest of the document contains information about the land that has been sold to Nowlin.

Agreement made between members of the Bonnell, Dickey, and Liljegren families regarding the rights and interests on the land owned by the deceased Charlotte Francis Bonnell in Kerr County. This agreement, made on June 17, 1921, divides the land into parts to be owned by each of the members of the family, after W. H. Bonnell "brought a suit in the District Court of Kerr County, Texas" due to his dissatisfaction with Charlotte's will.

Deed from the S. A. & A. P. Town Site Company to Edward B. Leigh acknowledging the sale of a piece of land which Leigh paid $600 for. According to the description, the land was originally conveyed to Mifflin Kenedy by the San Antonio and Aransas Pass Town Site Company in March 1888.

Document pertaining to the case of Edward Prince vs. W. H. Bonnell and C. F. Bonnell, accused of fraudulent land deeds, filed November 7, 1896. This document relays the original arguments made by the attorney for W. H. and C. F. Bonnell, Leo Tarleton; he says that the defendants "deny all and singular the allegations in said original petition."

Deed from Charles F. and Florence J. de Ganahl to Edward B. Leigh confirming the deed made the prior day on October 19, 1897; Leigh purchase the land known as "survey No. 38 in section No. 2" for the amount of ten dollars. The second half of the deed, prepared by the U. S. Consul from Tampico, Mexico, acknowledges that Florence J. de Ganahl "acknowledged such instrument to me to be her act and deed, and she declared that she had willingly signed..." Also included is the envelope in which this document was mailed in; it has text that describes the deed inside.

Contract created after the death of George L. Leigh for the organization, operation, and ownership of the 320 acres of which he owned. The document explains, on page 3, which portions of the land and its assets will be owned by Virginia, Edward, and William Leigh; it also acknowledges that Virginia will assist Edward in fees to be paid for George's funeral, burial, and the administration of the land tract known as "Stoneleigh Ranch."

Deed from Charles F. de Ganahl and Florence J. Ganahl to Edward B. Leigh acknowledging the sale of "the tract or parcel of land and improvements thereon situated in the county of Kerrl...described as follows..." Leigh paid $4,500 for the land "known as survey No. 38 in section No. 2," and the rest of the paragraph details the location, and borders of the given piece of land. The last sentence of the deed states: "The total amount of land intended by this conveyance to be conveyed, is five hundred and forty acres, more or less."
