At the end of the letter Davis and McCarter ask Clark to take their request into consideration and that the board will meet at the Amon Carter December 1 at 4 pm. The entire proceeds will go towards the purchase of new materials for the third graders reading and writing program. After the dinner the third-graders will present "Living Paintings," a program about the lives of artists and influences.

McCarter also writes that they appreciate Dr. Skinner and Bill Cormack, who have proven themselves as able spokespersons for the distract during their recent meeting at the Dallas Museum between DMA Education Committee and members of the Board of the Marcus Foundation. McCarter ends the letter by stating that NTIEVA is in the early stages of planning for activities during the summer of 1995 and that the involvement of the Dallas teachers makes them look forward to another successful Institute.
