To confirm Denton ISD's commitment as full partner to NTIEVA. Thomas writes that Sandra Parker, Associate Director and Site Coordinator for Denton ISD, will contribute 5% of her time during the 1993 - 1994 calendar year to activities related to staff development and implementation efforts of the discipline-based art education (DBAE). Along with six other art teachers who will devote time towards the program. Attached to the letter is a stipend worksheet for the faculty involved with the institute based on current salaries.

Reynolds states the the Club initially wanted NTIEVA to develop an art program for the six branches of Fort Worth, however, the person in charge of the program has no real power to implement the art program and their program director is opposed to the idea in general. Reynolds writes that the participants of the seminars feel that an art program is important and they want to implement programs into their branches, but unsure if progress will be made.

The conversation continued to collaborative effort for developing software based on study prints, and would like Gates's insight into the proposed project.
