This is a letter from the Charles B. Moore Collection. It is written by Matilda and William Dodd, Mary Ann Moore's parents. Matilda begins the letter and writes for three pages. William writes a short letter on the fourth and final page of the document. Matilda begins her letter by informing Mary Ann "Sis" and Charles that she has received their letter and was pleased to read that they were all well.
