A letter written to Mr. Charles Maisel, Department Commander, Phillips, Texas, from T. N. Carswell, Commander 5th Division, dated November 27, 1942. Carswell expresses his regrets at not seeing Maisel at Wellington and describes the convention events in which he participated. He advises that he has sent his committee nominations and that he will attempt a little membership campaign on his own during December assuring that the extra cost will be justified.
