Roy Nowlin with $3,584.26 cash, and "the following notes "one payable to Allie Bonnel, One note for $500.00 payable to Ethel B. Dickey and one note for $500.00 payable to Helen Bonnell Liljegren." The rest of the document contains information about the land that has been sold to Nowlin.

Agreement made between members of the Bonnell, Dickey, and Liljegren families regarding the rights and interests on the land owned by the deceased Charlotte Francis Bonnell in Kerr County. This agreement, made on June 17, 1921, divides the land into parts to be owned by each of the members of the family, after W. H. Bonnell "brought a suit in the District Court of Kerr County, Texas" due to his dissatisfaction with Charlotte's will.
