Copy of transcript for a bond for a piece of land originally sold to Peter M. Hughes by John Austin on behalf of Stephen F. Austin on March 17, 1833. The bond was then transferred from Hughes to J. Vaughan on December 20, 1833. Ownership of the bond was eventually transferred to Josiah T. Harrell and Leman Kelay who cancelled the bond and obtained a deed for the land on November 2, 1836.

Monthly income statements prepared by John A. Newman, et. al, for gas wells located in the Kempner-Reiss Unit, Lochridge Field, Brazoria County, Texas, listing the portion paid to R. Lee Kempner for each month from November 1965 to May 1966. Statements from June, October, and November 1966 list the net revenue distributions for all involved parties. The final page is a ledger sheet listing properties owned in Brazoria County smaller than 20 acres.
