There are children standing in front of the school building. The postcard is addressed to "Miss Edith Northerett" of Smyrna, Georgia, as noted on the back of the postcard.

Postcard from Raymond Harper to Birdie Walters with a tinted image of the state capitol building in Albany, New York. There is a note written on the reverse side of the card that discusses Harper's adventures while at the beach the past eight weeks; Harper also mentions his collection of newspapers he gathered from the ports he visited.

Postcard from Rose Chamberlin to Junia Roberts Osterhout. In the photo there are three houses. They are made of stone and wood with straw, slanting roofs. In the front of one of the houses is a pile of logs and clothes hanging up. In the middle of the picture appears to be a knocked off pot. At the bottom, the photo is labeled as "Mexican Home." On the bottom of the front and the back, Rose wrote about bits of local news.

Postcard of George Sealy's mansion taken from outside the front gate. Text Text on the upper left-hand margin reads: "*Where Mr Joe Wren lives." Text toward the bottom of the photograph reads "Sealy Residence, 25th & Broadway. Galveston." Text on the bottom margin reads "Please take note that there is a 'sidewalk' here, not steps. Many thanks for the postals." Text on the right margin reads "Give my best to tall. S.C.F. 11-30-08." Text on the back of the card reads "It's 'a good thing,' I was not in Waco when 'my friend' was 'put out of the way,' what a time there would have been!" This text is accompanied by a drawing of an older woman with glasses, a tight bun and a long dark dress. The card is addressed to Miss Annie Forsgard.

Thanksgiving postcard sent to Mamie Collins from Leda Bahl with an illustration of a turkey pulling a cart with a chef riding on a pumpkin and holding a large knife and fork. There is a lengthy note written on the back of the card from Bahl that reads, in part: "Wish it was mine or I had one like it. Harry is always taking somebody there to..."

Postcard to Mamie Collins in Central City, Nebraska from Katharine E. Wheatly with an illustration of a large turkey on the front and the caption "I wonder why they are feeding me so lately" printed at the bottom. There is a note from Wheatly on the reverse side that reads: "Dea Miss Mamie, I received all of the pretty little dollies and also the postal, I was sure glad to see you thought of me. I am well again now. How are you? Also how is your sister?"

Color tinted halftone postcard of the city hall, Marshall, Texas, 110 E. Houston St. The view shows the façade and east side of the building, which is on a slope. It has three stories and a basement. Three men in suits stand on the front sidewalk. A telephone pole is on the corner. Printed on the left top of the image is the title "City Hall, Marshall, Texas." A year is not legible in the postmark on the back, but handwritten at the top of the message is the date Nov. 17, 1908. A stylized "A H Co" is printed in the top left corner of the back. The card is addressed to Mrs. Homer Isett, Chanute, Kansas.

Handwritten print on the front of the postcard reads "this is not snow— just shell. Not egg shell either." Cursive handwriting at the bottom reads "Just a little different from the fleet of Waco." The card is addressed to Miss Jennie Forsgard of Waco.
