The central section has a large clockface at its top, along with 1886" carved below it, while the two other sections occupy the two visible corners of the building. Across the three sections and the thin walls between them are two rows of arched windows, one across the bottom half of the courthouse and across the top half. The top of the building appears to be flat as neither a structure upon the roof nor the roof's surface are visible in the photo.
