The footage focuses on the relationship between African Americans and Turkish and features UTD doctoral scholar Dogan Koc. The dialogue focuses on how Turkey's identity stems from its place between Europe and Asia, its population of Muslim faith and democracy, and how this bridge status results in dissonances and strengths.
