Mary is staying with them and doesn't want to go to Indian territory. Dinkie mentions that Sallie and Mattie visited,and Charlie and Fannie are going to rent Mr. Campbell's place. She talks about milking, making butter, and selling eggs. She received some apples and canned some, and made some jelly. She tells Linnet all the fun Bird, Mary and Minnie are having. If Linnet was there then all of the grandchildren would be together.
