[Clipping and Tickets, October 1901]

These are documents from the Charles B. Moore Collection. The documents include a clipping and two tickets. The clipping details that P. O'Reilly and W. L. McCormick were elected as alderman to fill the position in their respective wards. On the reverse side of the clipping is a marriage announcement for Linnet Moore and Claude White; the reason this clipping was cut and saved. The tickets were for travel on October 16, 1901 from Dallas to Denison for two passengers on a passenger car designed by the Pullman Company.

The ceremony is a historical marking on the beginning of the end of a housing crisis. After the construction addition from the 2000 units of the initial public housing, there will now be more than 500 homes in the Hamilton Park subdivision.

The peak of the progress was after the two years of service from the members that created a strong foundation for the construction in Hamilton Park.

Jerome Crossman was reelected as president due to his high contribution to the Hamilton Park housing project. Vice-presidents, M.J. Norell, John E. Mitchell, and R.L Thornton along with secretary and assistant secretary, Vincent L. Rohloff and Ben H. Wooten, respectively, were elected during the meeting as well.
