A street runs alongside occupied parking spots in front of the courthouse's left side, meeting another street in the photo's bottom right corner which sits next to the right side of the courthouse. At the corner of the courthouse where the two streets meet is a streetlight on a pole, currently set to red. The streetlight stands on a concrete square with a sign at its left end, which reads "One way" with a right-pointing arrow. The concrete square connects to sidewalks that extend off along either side of the courthouse, passing by the bushes and trees that cluster around the corner of the courthouse. The building itself is rectangular in shape with a section on its left side that projects outward from the building a short distance. The courthouse is made of stone blocks along its base while the walls above are made of orange bricks accented in places by white stone. The stone base level of the building has one row of small windows while the level above the base has one row of similarly sized windows and sits at the same height as the front door, which is centered …
