This will be held at the City Auditorium on Sunday, November 5th instead of the 12th of November. Herrera has asked the churches hosting the ceremony to have a service on that Sunday, honoring the men and women in service. Representatives of Latin American Clubs , Army and Navy officials, and the American Legion have been invited, as well as the next of kin of the Latin American war heroes who died. Herrera asks Dr. Castañeda if he could attend the ceremony.
