This is what the Randel Muffler & Assembly shop 1000 NW 10, looked like a careening car knocked the firm's delivery truck through the front wall. The driver was arrested. O.L. Kirkland, an employe, peers at the damage. The proprietor and the five employes of an auto accessory shop at 1000 NW 10, had just closed up and had gone to the rear of the establishment late Thursday when they herd a terrific crash. The firm's delivery truck, moments before parked in front of the store, now rested partly inside the building. The east wall was caved in, and merchandise was scattered in all directions. Cause of all the trouble, they soon learned, was a northbound Cadillac sedan which had collided with another car some 150 feet south an Olie, careened across the parkway, and hit the delivery truck, knocking it into the store. The driver, Clay Deckard, 51, of 2544 NW 15, was charged with driving while under the influence of intoxicants and being drunk, according to scout car officers H.D. Newsom and T.J. Wilson. T.J.
