Virgil Cole, Chairman of the Cane Creek Conservancy District and Board Member of Muskogee County, Soil & Water Conservation District [SWCD], looks on. This easement was the first one secured for work on this watershed. Seivert’s District agreement No, 2609 for their 320 acre farm was signed on June 28, 1955. This is for Site # 22. OK-1479-8.
